Hakuba's largest ski field practically at your doorstep ...  
Upon booking your accommodation, please advise us of your arrival time at either the Hakuba Station or Happo Bus Terminal and one of our two hotel mini vans will collect you for a speedy check-in.  

Shuttles to nearby ski resorts depart from the front of the Wadano Visitor Center, which is conveniently located across the road.  

There is also a convenience store in the Center, however for major food items, our staff will be only too happy to either provide you with a bus timetable or drive you.  
Getting Here
Hakuba is a scenic and easy 2.5 hour journey from Tokyo on the Nagano Shinkansen bullet train and express bus. Or we can make it even easier and book a private transfer straight from the airport to our hotel.

Airport Bus – Hakubus

Narita – Hakuba
Departs daily from bus stop number 19 at the No. 2 Terminal at 7:45pm. Arrives in Hakuba around 1:00am. Cost: Y9,800 for adults & Y7,350 for children. Infants are free (no seat assigned)

Hakuba – Narita
Departs daily from Happo Bus Terminal at 10:30am. Stops at Hakuba station and Goryu enroute to Narita Airport. Arrives at Narita Airport around 5:00pm. Cost: Y9,800 for adults & Y7,350 for children. Infants are free (no seat assigned).

We can also arrange private transfers: Y12,600 for adults, Y8,400 for children & Y3,600 for infants. Booking should be made at least 5 days in advance.

Train from Narita Airport to Tokyo:
Catch the Narita Express train from the Airport Train Station downstairs. Approx. 1 hour travel time. It is advisable to purchase your JR Shinkansen ticket to Nagano at the same time. Cost: Y2,940

By Train from Tokyo:
- 1.5 hours Nagano Shinkansen bullet train. Cost: Y7,460.

- Then 1 hour by Express bus from Nagano to Hakuba, Happo Bus Stop, or private transfer.

By Train from Nagoya:
- 2 hours to Matsumoto and 1.5 hours from Matsumoto to Hakuba by transferring to Oito line. http://www.japanrail.com/index.php?page=JR-timetable-fare-honshu (line 23)

By Car:
- 4 hours from Tokyo via Chuo and Nagano Expressway, get off at Toyoshina Interchange, or via Kanetsu and Joshinetsu Expressway get off at Nagano Interchange.

- 3 hours and 30 minutes by car from Nagoya, get off at Toyoshina Interchange.

Nagano – Hakuba
At Nagano station, go to the east exit and find bus stop #6. The bus bound for Hakuba destinations leaves roughly every hour from 8:20 to 20:30 and costs Y1,500. Please check with the Alpico website for updated times and info. Last bus to Hakuba leaves Nagano station at 20:30 – there is no public transport options after this time. http://www.alpico.co.jp/access/express/nagano_hakuba/index_e.html

We can also arrange private transfers from Nagano to our hotel at approximately Y8,900 for 2 people or Y10,670 for up to 8 people.
